Single SSO plugin for Freshdesk

1. Log into your support portal as an administrator. Make sure that you are a full-time agent in your helpdesk.
2. Go to the Admin tab and click on the Security icon.
3. Enable Single Sign On by clicking on the toggle.
4. You will be given a Secret key that you will share with Freshdesk.
5. Set up your Remote login and Remote Logout pages and provide those URLs here:
   1. Login: https://example.com/amember/misc/freshdesk/login
   2. Logut: https://example.com/amember/misc/freshdesk/logout

   1. Set secret key provided by Freshdesk on step (4)
   2. Set your Freshdesk account URL
      3. Save
