Plugin check user Risk Score on user sign up.

In event of user has Risk Score more than configured Threshold then aMember either set his payments to require manually approval before give him any access or lock his account on your choice.

You can see Risk Score for specific user in his accoun in admin interface aMember CP -> Users -> Browse Users -> (edit) : Risk Score
