Plugin: Subuser Licenses

Plugin allow to integrate softsale and subusers plugins.

New functionality that is added by plugin:

1. If a reseller can add subusers with access to a product associated with license scheme, plugin will create the same number of licenses as number of subusers reseller can add.
2. Reseller in his interface can assign license to a subuser.
3. Subuser will see that license after login into his account.
