Payment Plugin: Fortumo.com Mobile payments

1. Create service as explained here: http://developers.fortumo.com/mobile-payments-api/service-setup/ On step 6 specify this url for address where payment requests will be sent: http://example.com/amember/payment/fortumo/ipn

2. Create a product for each service.

   In each product you should specify Fortumo Service ID, Secter Key and XML url. You can get these values from service setup page.
