Payment Plugin: Google Checkout

Please login to Google Checkout account, and configure:

Settings : Preferences : Order Processing set to "Automatically authorize and charge the buyer's credit card" press Save button Settings : Integration API Callback URL: https://example.com/amember/payment/google-checkout/ipn (You do not need SSL certificate!) Callback contents : Notification Serial Number API Version: Version 2.0 press Save button copy paste Google Merchant ID and Google Merchant Key from this page to aMember settings (see above on this page)

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Google Checkout still has no support to charge tax on recurring subscriptions Please blame to this thread, not to us : http://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/checkout-merchant/0TE756RxPQQ

2. Taxes are calulated on aMember side, Google makes a callback to aMember once customer location becomes known. For this feature to work, an https:// URL must be configured in aMember for "Secure Root URL". If SSL secure root URL, aMember will automatically disable this feature, and tax will not be added!

3. One-day trial and recurring subscriptions do not work with Google Checkout as expected. Use 7-day subscriptions and trials to do testing.

4. Exernal Cron is necessary for this plugin! Configure at aMember CP -> Configuration -> Setup/Configuration -> Advanced.
