Plugin for integration with CouchingCloud

1. Retrive "Client ID" and "Security Key" from your account on https://www.coachingcloud.com/
2. For every subscribed user invitation for CouchingCloud will send to the email user specified. Amember will receive invitation ID. You will able to see it on user administration screen.
3. User will perform subscribtion to CoachingCloud. Now we will able to get its ID
4. Performing Rebuild DB action, amember will receive all IDs of registered users. You will able to see registered ID in admin user page.
5. On every subscription update, CochingCloude will updated.
