Protect Plugin: Dokeos

Dokeos plugin readme Plugin was tested with Dokeos version 2.1 IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. $storeSessionInDb must be set to true in Dokeos config (/dokeos/main/inc/conf/configuration.php)
2. aMember CP -> Configuration -> Setup/Configuration -> Advanced -> Session Storage must be set to "Database(default)"
