Protect Plugin: ownCloud

Plugin was tested with ownCloud 8.2.0

NOTE: Plugin supports single login between amember and ownCloud. To get it working without issues ownCloud must be installed in the root of web server, or amember must be installed as a subfolder inside ownCloud installation folder.
