Payment Plugin: MyShortCart (DOKU Wallet)

1. Add the Phone field to the signup form and make it required.
2. Enter the store ID and shared key in the aMember plugin configuration.
3. In the merchant account, set the Verify, Notify, Redirect, and Cancel URLs to the values displayed below the aMember configuration.

Do not use the test cards from the old plugin README; their expiry dates are obsolete. Use current test details from the provider.
