Protect Plugin: Modx2

The plugin has been tested with Modx Versions 2.3.3

For Single Session Login - enable 'Standard PHP Sessions' at 'aMember CP -> Setup/Configuration -> Advanced -> Miscellaneous -> Session Storage'
